Terms of the Ferryt Community – a portal created by the community of people working on the Ferryt Platform.
Under Article 8, Section 1, item 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the electronic provision of services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422) [DomData S.A, KRS 0001122928, REGON 300376799, NIP 7811791536] hereby determines the terms of electronic provision of services. The provisions of these Electronic Customer Support Department, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”, determine the rules of using the Electronic Customer Support Department as well as the scope of services performed through it.
INTRODUCTION
1. Definitions of the expressions used in the Terms:
• Ferryt Community – name of the portal
• User/You – person registered in the Ferryt Community portal
• Login – e-mail address used by the User when registering with the Ferryt Community;
• Password – an agreed string of characters securing against unauthorized access to the Ferryt Community, specified by the User when registering with the Ferryt Community (may be changed later on);
• Administrator – DomData S.A. KRS 0001122928, REGON 300376799, NIP 7811791536
2. Ferryt Community web service made available at https:// https://ferrytcommunity.com/
3. Any person may be the User of the portal once they have registered with the portal.
4. Basic functionalities of the Ferryt Community may be used free of charge.
5. A web browser which is compatible with HTML 5.0 or newer and accepts cookies is required in order for the Ferryt Community to operate correctly.
6. Android 5.0 (or newer) and iOS 10.0 (or newer) are required for the mobile application to operate correctly.
7. Ferryt Community Terms of Use are available at the Administrator’s website and registered office.
The Terms come into force on the day of publishing.
II. REGISTRATION
1. How to register:
a. You may register with the Ferryt Community online.
b. Fill out an electronic registration form available at https://ferrytcommunity.com/wp-login.php
2. An e-mail will be sent immediately to the address you specified when registering to notify you must specify a Password.
3. Once you have received an activation e-mail, click the link (website address) in order to confirm your registration and to log into the Ferryt Community for the first time.
4. Secure your Login and Password against unauthorized access.
5. You bear full liability for any consequences of the Ferryt Community being accessed by third parties who have in any way got access to your Login and Password.
6. Once you have logged into the Ferryt Community at any time, you may change your Login and Password.
III. SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH the Ferryt Community;
1. Knowledge base
This is where users will find all key technical information on the modules and functionalities of the Ferryt platform e.g. regarding Administration, Maintenance, Integration and Design. From there, they can be forwarded directly to a detailed description of individual issues in the Wiki resources.
2. Forum
Our clients can use a dedicated forum to ask specialist questions related to the functions and work on the Ferryt platform. This forum is to serve as support for users when they do not know how to handle specific tasks. We do believe that our expertise and assistance offered on a regular basis by our community of specialists will help us speed up information exchange so that our clients can overcome bottlenecks more easily and thus carry on with their projects. Individual topics discussed on the forum are available for insight in order to facilitate work for subsequent users.
3. What’s new on the platform
When you are a member of the community, you are the first to be informed of all updates to the Ferryt Low Code Platform. We focus on the development of our products, while continually improving and equipping our platform with new functionalities. Thanks to updates available from the level of the Ferryt Community, you get access not only to the history of implementations to date in one place but also information on new products in order to take full advantage of the platform potential.
4. Publications and Technology Blog
There are plenty of expert articles in the Ferryt Community. You can find materials from DomData Technology Blog in which our developers discuss technical issues of Ferryt. We have expanded them to include a module of expert publications which take a holistic approach to the topic of low code as well as design, testing and implementation of software in order to provide users with specialist and more comprehensive information and make it possible to use manuals, ready-made solutions and scripts.
5. Events
You can also find information on planned webinars and events that we organize as well as on those where you can meet us in order to learn about industry trends or find out more about our solutions. DomData S.A. has the right to modify services available in the Ferryt Community at any time.
IV. USING the Ferryt Community SERVICES
1. The Ferryt Community is available to Users on a 24/7 basis. The Administrator reserves the right to make breaks in access to the Ferryt Community in relation to the need to run periodical maintenance or update to the IT system.
2. The Administrator may modify, at any time and for no reason, the services available in the Ferryt Community, as well as expand or suspend their operation and may add new services.
3. The Administrator reserves the right to change the rules of Ferryt Community operation.
4. The Administrator can block access to the User account in case they find that the User uses it in a manner contrary to these Terms or legal provisions.
VI. SCOPE OF LIABILITY
1. DomData S.A. KRS 0001122928, REGON 300376799, NIP 7811791536, is responsible for the correct operation of the Ferryt Community.
2. In case an error occurs in the Ferryt Community system, the User may contact the Administrator and send an e-mail report to them to [contact e-mail address] using the contact form available in the Ferryt Community
4. The User shall use the Ferryt Community in line with the valid legal provisions and the provisions of these Terms.
6. The Administrator of the Ferryt Community bears no liability for the consequences resulting from the login and password being used by third parties.
Ferryt Community Privacy Policy
1. General information. This Privacy policy determines the rules of processing and protection of personal details provided by Users in relation to their use of the Ferryt Community services.
2. Personal data protection. Under Article 13, Section 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, please be advised that the Data Controller of your personal data is DomData S.A. KRS 0001122928, REGON 300376799, NIP 7811791536.
In order to take care of the data we have been entrusted with, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations aimed at preventing data from being shared with unauthorized persons. We control how such procedures and recommendations are executed on a regular basis and we keep checking whether they are in conformity with the relevant normative acts. An Information Security Coordinator has been appointed at DomData S.A. This is a person whom you can contact per e-mail at kbi@domdata.com in all matters related to the protection and processing of personal data as well as exercise of your rights. We need your personal data to ensure you have access to the Ferryt Community (Article 6, Section 1, letter b of the GDPR); your data will be processed until you opt out of using the Ferryt Community given the need to ensure the correct operation of the Company and the Ferryt Community. Your personal data may be shared with authorized entities, e.g. to the police or judicial authorities, upon a documented request. Within the scope resulting from GDPR and taking into account the limitations specified therein, you have the right to access the contents of your data as well as to rectify, delete, port your data, limit their processing or object to the processing of your data. You may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in ul. Stawki 2 in Warsaw. For more information see www.uodo.gov.pl. Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area and are not used by DomData S.A for profiling. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to be able to use the Ferryt Community; if you fail to provide your data, you will not be able to use the Ferryt Community.
3. The Ferryt Community performs its functions of collecting information on users and their behaviours in the following way:
a) through information entered in forms voluntarily;
b) by gathering “cookies” – the rules of storing and accessing information on Users’ devices using cookies can be found at https://ferrytcommunity.com
4. The Ferryt Community collects information that has been voluntarily provided by the User.
5. We reserve the right to amend our service protection policy which may be affected by the development of the Internet technology, potential changes of law regarding personal data protection and the development of our web service. We will notify you of any changes in a visible and understandable manner.
